Also known as “SalesOps”, this team onboards new merchants and supports them during the administrative phase with a view to this whilst facilitating their integration.
In conjunction with all others departments (Risk, PayOps, Legal, Sales, IT, etc.), SalesOps coordinates every stage of onboarding and gathers key information and documents.
In direct contact with merchants, the division ensures that integration deadlines are met and follows up with the merchant.
SalesOps works closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to meet commercial challenges.
Who are you?
My name is Rebecca. I work in Levallois-Perret.
When did you join HiPay? What is your role and what do you do at HiPay?
I joined HiPay Sales Operations in December 2017. My main mission is to manage merchant integration to our solution.
Which product do you work on?
I work on the HiPay Enterprise solution. It is a comprehensive solution designed for more established merchants in the e-commerce market.
What tools do you use in your day-to-day work?
We use SalesForce, Gmail and HiPay Back Office every day. These tools are easy to use and do not require specific knowledge.
What expertise and skills are essential for doing what you do?
In my view, you need to be well-organised and monitor customers and the various stages of the integration process closely. Working well in a team is also essential.
How would you define the culture at HiPay?
The main HiPay quality is the cohesiveness of the teams!
Why did you choose HiPay?
I wanted to increase my knowledge of the payment world and discover a new side to it.
What type of profile do you think a person would need to have, to fit in at HiPay?
I think you need to work hard and be passionate to fit in at HiPay.
What does your job at HiPay give you?
I learn a huge amount about the world of work in general. The payment sector is extremely crowded and complex. Working at HiPay also means developing expertise in this changing sector!
